How to make a claim
It’s easy for your loved ones to make a claim with Zestylife. Simply contact us by phone, post or email to start the claims process.

We’ll then send a claim form to be completed, signed, and returned. When the claim is accepted, we’ll pay the benefit amount to the person legally entitled to it. We’ll also refund any premiums paid between the date of death and the date the claim is paid.

Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within five working days in all cases. However, where additional specific information is requested by us from a third party, a full answer to your complaint will follow as soon as possible after the acknowledgment letter.
In the unlikely event that your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
How long does my cover last?
Zestylife Over 50s Life Insurance is a whole of life policy. That means your cover will be in place until you die, unless you choose to cancel if or you miss two consecutive payments.
Can I cash in my Over 50 Life Insurance?
There is no cash-in value for your policy at any point.
How can I make changes to my policy?
Our Over 50 Life Insurance policy is flexible, so making changes is simple. You can apply for free to make changes to your cover whenever you need to, so just call us today on 0800 152 2191 and a member of our team will walk you through the process.
Can I cancel my Over 50 Life Insurance?
Yes, you can cancel your Over 50 Life Insurance policy at any point in the duration of the policy. If you cancel your policy within the first 30 days, you will be entitled to a 100% full refund of premiums. You should bear in mind that after this 30-day period if you decide to cancel, you won’t get any money back from payments already made.
